Every piece is carefully produced, inspected, and packaged with care. If your artwork doesn’t arrive as expected — or simply doesn’t feel right in your home — we’re here to help.

🌿 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to genuinely love your artwork.

If your CanvasAmore piece doesn’t suit your space or expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of deliveryunder our Happiness Guarantee.

To be eligible:

  • The artwork must be unused and in original condition

  • Returned securely in original packaging

  • Free from damage after delivery or installation

Our goal is simple — confidence when you purchase, and peace of mind after it arrives.


Returns Overview

  • Happiness Guarantee returns accepted within 30 days

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Refunds processed within 3–7 business days after approval


1. Change-of-Mind Returns

We understand that choosing art online can feel different once seen in person.

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide photos of:

  • The artwork

  • Outer packaging

  • Shipping label

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Your experience matters to us, and we’ll resolve issues as quickly as possible.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Custom or made-to-order artworks

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or installation

Custom pieces remain covered if received damaged or defective.


4. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll provide clear return instructions.


5. Return Shipping

  • Change-of-mind returns: customer covers return shipping.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: CanvasAmore covers return costs where required.

We recommend tracked shipping, as returned items remain the sender’s responsibility until received.


6. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days, depending on your provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d prefer a different artwork, simply return the eligible item and place a new order.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, production or fulfilment may already be underway.


9. Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable consumer guarantees.
